Senior Technical Product Manager- iCIMS Marketplace at iCIMS (Matawan, NJ)

Job Overview


The iCIMS’s marketplace is core component of our Talent Acquisition Platform (TAP) bringing together talent acquisition applications to extend our suite of product offerings to help clients win the war for talent.   The Sr. Product Manager will have direct accountability for driving a roadmap that makes it easy to promote, transact and manage a variety of programs in the Marketplace. This includes continually identifying tools and platforms to improve both the buyers and seller experience throughout the sales lifecycle.  The Sr. Product Manager will work with iCIMS business stakeholders, customers and partners to develop a business plan and overall strategic vision. The Product Manager will manage partner enablement programs for provisioning, designing shared services for partner products and work with the Business Development and Partner Teams on developing revenue sharing programs.  


Responsibilities



  • Build a strong relationship with key stakeholders from each business domain i.e. Marketing, HR, Finance, Sales, Support, etc. that will leverage the Marketplace

  • Collaborate with their Agile team(s) to continually assess, initiate, prioritize, refine, and partner with the technical teams to drive appropriate technology solutions

  • Maintain healthy, active communications with the partner community to ensure open and transparent engagement

  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to Identify, develop, and roll out new processes when appropriate

  • Own defining benefits and requirements of the partner programs and drive alignment across internal stakeholders as required in order to deliver said benefits and enforce requirements

  • Drive ongoing revenue growth and improve partner competencies by building and managing tiered partner programs with clear scoring, criteria and benefits by tier

  • Identify success criteria and deliver a monthly metrics package that highlights successes and opportunities for future investment

  • Develop partner facing program content for the global reseller programs and utilize the Partner Community as the main publishing platform for all such content

  • Orchestrate the efforts of cross functional teams to execute product enhancements and changes in support of strategic initiatives

  • Tailor program benefits to the needs of partners by working with internal stakeholders and directly with partners to gather information and quickly grasp their business and technical requirements

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and across multiple job functions inside and outside of the partner organizations
