At CrowdComfort, we improve building operations and customer satisfaction by unlocking the human sensor network.
We are looking for a talented lead mobile developer with special focus on iOS. This position will be responsible for the technical architecture and for leading the rest of the development team. He/She will collaborate closely with UX and product management to build the next generation of our applications. A qualified candidate will have a track record of launching great iOS apps, experience with multi-threading, NoSQL and AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team and build cohesion to ensure smooth progress of development activities across all platforms and all assets (Web App, Android and iOS)
- Own all REST interfaces
- Own the data structures used by all assets
- Ensure all assets are in optimal and independent development tracks
- Work closely with the PM and UX team to build high quality apps to fit the ultimate vision of CrowdComfort
- Perform code reviews and document development and data structure guidelines
- Troubleshoot and debug issues
- Provide client and implementation support where needed
- Manage the AWS environment
- Follow and adhere to a release schedule
Qualifications:
- Five years in multi-platform mobile development
- Two years experience developing RESTful APIs
- A track record of launching high quality apps (please provide examples)
- Preferably 2 years of experience launching SaaS solutions with mobile and reporting components
- At least 1 year of working in a completely hosted environment, preferably on AWS
- Reasonable familiarity with enterprise security standards in particular OWASP top 10
- Strong background in secure server-side and client-side development
Demonstrable experience with:
- Working with a startup
- Working with RESTful APIs (implementing and using)
- Dedication to quality work
- Some sample of work completed completely independently
