Job Description:
- In partnership with the PACE (PGE Analytic Center of Excellence) Program Manager, the PACE Change Management Manager leads the function within the PACE program in order to transform employee skills, drive adoption, ensure higher utilization of PACE delivered information products and develop more effective and efficient business processes and use of information among employees impacted by PACE projects to ensure the achievement of PACE results and outcomes.
- Provide overall change management services to support PACE initiatives and to ensure the success of the efforts including information product replacements, process redesign, potential reorganizations, and to improve managers/supervisors readiness and ability to lead their work groups through change.
- Help design and implement processes to enable culture change, employee engagement, leadership alignment, stakeholder management, communications, training, and change measurement.
