InnoGames is looking for experienced and highly talented IT/Game Industry professionals with a strong Process, Project and Change Management background. In this role you are part of the product leadership team. You are responsible to oversee the cross-functional development process (PM, Tech, Art & Game Design). Your prime goal is to define and establish an overall efficient development process and guide the team in effective agile development. As a Agile Coach you report to the Product Head.
Your mission:
- Live and breathe agile development best practices
- Establish a culture of agile development in your product team and guide the team in all agile process related matters
- Create workflows across components and functions (Game Design, Art, Frontend and Backend Development, QA)
- Lead Planning Meetings, Review Meetings and Retrospectives
- Monitor production processes, development schedules and project plans and ensure that deliverables are achieved efficiently
- Identify impediments and unite the development teams to resolve them
- Foster the teams self-organization and empowerment
- Enable a flow of continuous improvements and learning
- Continuously optimize processes to achieve high product quality and team output
- Proactively manage risks to the project upwards to the Product Head
- Resolve conflicts and coach team members
Your profile:
- Proven leadership experience within the Games/IT industry as a Agile Project Manager or Agile Process Manager – minimum 5 year’s experience
- Expert knowledge of multiple Project Management methodologies, in particular Scrum and Kanban and their metrics
- Expert knowledge in agile requirements engineering & management
- Servant leadership skills
- Proven track record of working with and implementing agile development methods at previous companies
- We use JIRA, so ideally you have used it before and understand how to use it at a high level
- A good understanding of Browser and Mobile development technologies
- Ideally a passion for games and technology
- Excellent team and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
