Reporting to the Executive Director (IT), CRM & Marketing Automation, the Salesforce IT CoE Lead will oversee a new team responsible for product iterations around a large (1000+ CRM/50k portal user) org. This role will manage a team of 5+ technical team members to operationalize and support the upcoming system launch for Recruitment. You will help drive the vision for CoE model including people, process and technology to support digital experience product management for an $800m line of business. This new team will become the full IT service (i.e. QA, BA, UI dev, SFDC dev, UX designers) arm of the Center of Excellence.
